At Action List, we respect your right to control your personal data. This document explains how you can request deletion of your data and what happens when you do.

What Data We Store

When you use Action List, we store the following data associated with your account:

Account Data

Task Data

Attachments

Technical Data

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete Individual Tasks and Attachments

Within the app, you can delete individual tasks and their associated attachments:

  1. Open the task you want to delete
  2. Select the delete or discard option
  3. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently remove the task and all its attachments from our servers.

Option 2: Delete Your Entire Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open Action List
  2. Go to Settings or Profile section
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Your account and all data will be scheduled for deletion

Email Request

  1. Send an email to: contact@cosqnetwork.com
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Action List account
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request

What Gets Deleted

Account credentials Within 24 hours
Profile information Within 24 hours
All tasks Within 7 days
All attachments (images, documents) Within 7 days
FCM notification tokens Within 24 hours
Usage analytics linked to your account Within 30 days

What We May Retain

Data Deletion Confirmation

  1. You will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address
  2. The confirmation will include the date of deletion and what data was removed
  3. You will no longer be able to log in with your previous credentials

Restoring Deleted Data

Important: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted:

We recommend exporting any important information before requesting deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion (in-app) Up to 7 days
Account deletion (email request) Up to 30 days

Children's Data

If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at contact@cosqnetwork.com. We will promptly delete such data.
