The App is available on Android, iOS, and web platforms.
3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

7. Availability and Modifications

Action List is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.
8.2 Future Paid Features
If we introduce paid features, applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated before any charges are made.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As Is" Basis
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
9.3 Data Loss
While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures, user error, or circumstances beyond our control. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of important information.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any other intangible losses
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR USING THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COSQ Network Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the App
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Instructions for account deletion are available within the App or by contacting us.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in State of Kerala, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
